How to Reset Your SolarPlus Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, you can easily reset it through the login page.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the SolarPlus login page: https://go.solarplus.co/app/login.

2. Click Forgot password.
   

3. Enter your email address or username.

4. Click Reset password.
   

5. Check your email inbox (and Spam folder, just in case) for the reset link.

6. Follow the link to create your new password.

Password Requirements

Your new password must include at least:

• 8 characters

• 1 letter

• 1 number

• 1 capital letter

• 1 special character (using Shift + a number key)

Example: West5971JK#

Tips to Avoid Errors

• Type your new password into a document first.

• Copy and paste the same password when creating and logging in.

• Save your password securely with your username, just in case.
