Quotes for things other than solar, batteries etc.

You can still use SolarPlus to quote and manage smaller jobs such as inverter replacements, maintenance work, and general electrical work.

1. Start a new quote - enter customer name and address (or if they are an existing customer, search for them in the Contacts page, and on their Contact page, click New Quote)

2. Enter any tariff and consumption profile.

3. Skip the Design and go to the Pricing page

4. Add inventory items required to the quote, such as labour, parts, etc. Adjust payment terms and finance options as needed.

5. On the Reports > Sales page, select the Price Only (no design) template

6. Go to the Send page.

7. Adjust the email content as required, and select the Proposal PDF: Quote Price Only, or Service Price Only.

8. Click Send Email.

Hot Water Systems and Heat Pumps

The Product Library lists some Hot Water Systems. Go to the Other tab, and select Category > Hot Water Components

If the model you need is not there, you can send the brochure to [e-mail] and we’ll add it. Alternatively you can create a custom item in the Inventory section.
